She is survived by: her children, David L. Duckworth (Michele) of Chillicothe, Lori A. Hunter (Richard) of Chillicothe, Anita Lynn Cassel-Newman of Chillicothe and Michael D. Cassel (Lisa) of Chillicothe; and her daughter-in-law Kathy L. Duckworth of Chillicothe. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
