She was predeceased by: her father Relton John; and her daughters, Genny France and Donna Bowens. She is survived by: her husband Clifford L. Bowens, Sr.; her children, William "Billy" France of Columbus, Clifford Bowens, Jr. of Chillicothe, Stevie Bowens of Chillicothe and Tina Simmons (Shane) of Chillicothe; her siblings, Elton John of Florida, Shirley John of Jamestown, NY and Ella John of Jamestown, NY; and her stepsister Cynthia Hallenbeck of Panama, NY. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
