She was predeceased by: her parents, Parker Penwell and Ida Flynn Penwell; her brother Kenny Penwell of Greenfield, OH.; her husband Russell Justice; and her close friend Clarence "Chub" Price.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy Price (Jeannie) of South Salem and Gina Massie of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Cortney Price, Kenny Kniceley, Jenny Kniceley, Shelton Massie, Steven McComis and Jude Bainter; and her great grandchildren, Baylee Uhrig, Hanna Uhrig, Kennon Kniceley, Hunter Massie, Teiee Massie and Makialee Massie.
