She was predeceased by: her father Robert Williams; her daughter Donna Jean Hice; and her siblings, Audrey Smith, Thelma Blanton, Lillabelle Williams, Mary Willis, Robert and Raymond Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Lott (Clarence) of Chillicothe, Carolyn Forcum (Larry) of Virginia, Jim Hice, Jr. (Carol) of Chillicothe, Dave Hice (Carolyn) of Chillicothe, Tom Hice (Lori) of Chillicothe and Angie Kempton (Kevin) of Stoustville; and her close friend Nancy Dempsey of Chillicothe. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
