He was predeceased by: his parents, George Milton and Mali Sparks (Lykins); his son Lowell Sparks, Jr.; and his son-in-law Brad Sheets. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Sparks (Lambert); and his children, James "Jimmy" Sparks, Debbie Broome (Larry), Bonnie Lou Martin (Daryl), Daniel Sparks (Lilabeth), Leila Sparks, Florence Sheets and Chad Sparks. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
