Lorraine Sitar Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Sitar of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hanson and Gladys Hanson (Tingley). She is survived by: her husband Cyril Sitar; her grandchildren, Kelly Oyer (Gary), Catherine Thornburg, Dooney Medina (Cheryl), Dale King and David King; her great grandchildren, Kyrsten Robinson (Michael), Kelsi Oyer, Ronald Oyer, Kailey Oyer, Chandler Thornburg (James), Makiley Thornburg (Travis), Selah Thornburg, Cait Thornburg, Ember Thornburg and Jasper Thornburg; her sons, Michael Weems and Don King (Ruth); and also, Rhonda Lawless (Terry), Kay Oyer, Ryann Hardin, Misty Lemaster and Jennifer Atwood.

Covid-19 protocols are in place and masks must be worn while in the funeral home at all times. Guests must also maintain social distancing while inside the building.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her honor to Heartland Hospice, or to the Southern Ohio Survivors.
