She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings B. Neff and Doris Neff (O'Dell); her husband Carl D. Willis; and her siblings, Vernon Neff, Jennings Neff, Jr., Darrell Neff, Norma Jean "Molly" Neff Myers, Marcella Neff Hardesty and Edith Jane Neff Orr.
She is survived by: her sister Kaye Kline (Wayne) of Frankfort; her children, Pamela Kraft of Chillicothe, Bryan Willis (Valerie) of Portsmouth and Linda Annie Lee (Jerry) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Michael Kraft, Cortney Willis, Drew White and Joey White; and her great grandchildren, Kyleigh Kraft, Brenson Kraft, Billy Kraft and Camden Kraft.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the cancer society in her honor.
