She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Blevins and Connie Blevins (French). She is survived by: her close friend Chris Cox; her children, Joshua A. Blevins of Chillicothe and Courtney R. Detillian of Chillicothe; her siblings, Jeff Blevins (Joy) of Florida, Kevin Blevins (Lisa) of Chillicothe, Randy Blevins of Chillicothe and Paula McKenzie (Sam) of Chillicothe; and her friends, Elishia, Jack of Columbus and Debbie Pelfrey McCaffory of Adelphi. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
