She is survived by: her parents, James Lee and Melody Kay Maziar (Bailey); her daughters, Kaylee Maziar (Cassi), Madison Alexander and Olivia Alexander; her grandchildren, Nevaeh Gibson, Trey Maziar and Gavin Maziar; and her siblings, Kimberly Glosser (Robert), Debra Martin (Tim), Connie LeMaster (Brian) and Eric Maziar (Krystal). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
