She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Welshimer and Betty Anne Welshimer (Smith); and her husband Roger L. Goebel. She is survived by: her daughter Amy; her son-in-law Eric Derringer; and her grandsons, Bryce of Chillicothe, Drew of Chillicothe and Zack Derringer of Chillicothe. She is also survived by many special friends and her cat.
