She was predeceased by: her parents, Cassius Duvall and Elizabeth J. Duvall (Wallace); her former husbands, Walter Smith and Marion F. Kepp; and her siblings, James Duvall and Rosemary Dorich.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Smith (Dian) of Chillicothe, William A. "Bill" Smith (Teresa), Columbus and Sharon A. Alexander; her grandchildren, Rebecca Smith, Roman Smith (Cyndi), Morgan Alexander and Caleb Smith; and her sister Eleanor Linn of McKeesport, PA.
