He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Strawser and Geraldine Hatfield Strawser; his son-in-law Robert Rowland; and his brother Roger Strawser. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Stanhope; his children, Melissa Rowland of Chillicothe, Bryan Strawser (Connie) of Chillicothe, Annette Radabaugh (Paul) of Circleville and David Strawser (Jatawna) of Jeffersonville; his grandchildren, Bobby Rowland III, Lydia Woodgeard, Hailee Strawser, Colton Strawser Seymour, Lillian Radabaugh, Miranda Radabaugh, Aiden Radabaugh, Brittany Baldrick and Desiree Welch; and his pet Rebel. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and his faithful friend.
