She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent John Smallridge; her great-great-grandparent Karen Degen; and her uncle Bre. She is survived by: her sister Oaklyn Veiya Blazer; her grandparents, Joshua Johnson, Gary, Theresa Blazer, Brandon and Melinda Nichols; her great-grandparents, Melody Smallridge, Rick, Linda Coyle, Gary Park Sr., Marvin, Naomi Ramey and Sherry Blazer; and her aunts and uncles, Sydney Johnson (Aunt NeNe), Brandy Hatfield, Amanda Blazer, Austin Johnson, Chris Blazer and Codey Hatfield. She is also survived by her parents & her twin sister.
