He is survived by: his wife Peggy Minney (Cochenour); his daughters, Breeann Alana Minney and Ashley Marie Steele; his grandchildren, McKenzie Steele and Caden Steele; his sisters, Brenda Stevens (Walter) and Tina Minney; his mother-in-law Betty Cochenour; his uncle Kenney Minney (Felicia); his siblings-in-law, Rebecca Shoemaker (Ellis), James Cochenour (Rusty) and Don Oney; his brothers, Bill McCoy, Marvin Shaw and Brent Colley; and his pet Lexi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
