He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Alflen and Dorothy Thompson Alflen; his brothers-in-law, Donald and Rick Ellifritt; his father-in-law Ira Ellifritt; and his close friends, Jack Riley Sr. and Jack Woodruff.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca E. Ellifritt Alflen; his children, Cameo Stoops (James) of Chillicothe and Christopher Alflen (Angie) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Allyssa, Cameron Stoops, Caleb Reynolds, Clayton and Aaliyah Alflen; his sisters, Julia Gail Alflen and Emily Baker of Chillicothe; his nephews, Dustin Baker and Paul Ellifritt; his niece Holly Dailey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rory and Theo Daily; his mother-in-law June Ellifritt; his brother-in-law Scott Ellifritt (Lanie); and his pets, Sauron, Matrix, Guage, Reebok, Boo, Jinx and Maggie.
