With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Newton Jr. of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Esther Newton. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Newton; his wife Patricia Newton; his children, Brian Newton and Brooke Maranzana; his son-in-law Alex Maranzana; his grandchildren, Gabriella and Brian Maranzana; his siblings-in-law, Rita and Mike Dougherty; his nephews, Sean Dougherty (Maureen) and Kevin Dougherty (Maureen); his child Additionally; and his cousin Helen Beutler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (118 Church St, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 4500 Cooper Rd #304, Cincinnati, OH 45242, or to Bishop Flaget School, 570 Parsons Ave., Chillicothe, OH in his honor to continue his legacy of bringing hope and joy to children.
