It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kendall R. Skaggs of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kendall R. Skaggs to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his brother Kyle R. Skaggs; and his niece Olivia Skaggs. He is survived by: his parents, Ernie and Ruth Vandemark Skaggs; his siblings, Kevin R. Skaggs (Kathy Shanton) and Kelley R. Park (Stephen R.); his fiancée Tonya Knox; his fiancée's son Tucker Knox of Chillicothe; and his close friends, Steve, Diana Hughes, Chuck, Trudy Eyre, Julie, Ed Alexander, Kevin, Carlene Trimble and Eric Cooley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a hurricane relief fund set up by the family at Homeland Credit Union, account "Kelley Park/Hurricane" Relief for Ross Co. Natives, who were displaced by hurricane Ian.
