He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Francis and Clara Ison Francis; and his wife Barbara A. Ingham. He is survived by: his sons, Nathan Francis (Amy) of Chillicothe and Trevor Francis (Madison) of Ray; his granddaughters, Kyra, Adalyn, Gracie and Ellison; his siblings, Duane Francis (Judy) and Pam Zeisler (Ron); and his close friends, Tom Ingham of Chillicothe and Terry Carroll of Londonderry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; a brother-in-law.
