He is survived by: his wife Judith Lynn Cupp (McBride); his children, Tim Cupp (Shearon) of Lexington, KY, Shawn Cupp (Stephanie) of Lexington, KY, Michael Cupp (Mel) of Beaver, Ohio, Kathy Cupp of Circleville, OH and Kim Cupp of Ashville, OH; his sister-in-law Nancy Cupp; his stepchildren, Skeeter Bothman (Trudi) of Chillicothe, Brad Bothman of Chillicothe, Crissy Underwood (Keith) of Peebles, OH, Kelly Graves of Chillicothe, OH and Jamie Cassel (Adam Lawson) of Chillicothe, OH; and his friend John Baldwin. He is also survived by several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.
