She is survived by: her husband Ernest "Ernie" Scaggs; her children, William "Bill" Scaggs of Chillicothe, Linda Coy of Frankfort and Lori Scaggs (Ron Guysinger Jr) of Chillicothe; her daughter-in-law Jamie Scaggs of Reynoldsburg; her grandchildren, Misty Scaggs, Tabitha Scaggs (Mike), Brad Scaggs (Kaylee), Colton Scaggs of Chillicothe, Matthew Coy (Jeannie), Nancy Cox (Danny) of Frankfort, Jeff Amos of Reynoldsburg, Sean Scaggs of Reynoldsburg, Sarah Scaggs of Reynoldsburg, Ashley Scaggs (Corvaun) of Columbus, Courtney Potts (Chris) of Chillicothe and Amy Payne (Austin) of Columbus; her siblings-in-law, Ryoichi Toda (Ayaichi), Shizuo Toda (Miwako), Yoko Toda of Japan and David Scaggs (Joanne) of Cincinnati; and her close friend Kayoko Moran of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
