She was predeceased by: her mother Viola McCoy Cisco; and her sister Mary Warthman. She is survived by: her husband Cyrus W. Horsley, Jr.; her children, Adam Rose (Summer) of Hallsville, Eric Rose (Laura) of Chillicothe, Cecelia Rose of Chillicothe, Stacy Severance (Craig) of Chillicothe, Cyrus Horsley (Christina) of Jackson Co and Robert Horsley of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Miley, Conner, Cooper, Cason, Amelia, Elizabeth, Payton, Evan, Sadie, Cyrus, Kalynn, Desirea, Adam, Zach, Robbie, Breadan and Brittany; her father Dow Cisco, II; and her siblings, Susan Cisco, Dow Cisco, III and Jimmy Cisco (Mary Ann).
