She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph D. O'Neill and Catherine E. Spellacy O'Neill; her husband Ralph E. Foster, Jr.; her daughter Cynthia J. Strausbaugh; and her sisters, Joan Martin, Mary Tocco, Georgene O'Neill and Charlotte Adams.
She is survived by: her daughter Maureen; and her son-in-law Steve Thomas of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
