He is survived by: his parents, Jim Frazier of Londonderry and Marilyn Pollock of Piketon; his grandparents, Mary Hayes (Doug), Larry, Donna Pollock, Jim Cade (Elma) and Janet Frazier; and his children, Colton Michael Pollock, Kinsley Reece Pollock and Greyson Tyler Pollock.
