She was predeceased by: her father Hobart W. Muntz; and her son Randolph "Randy" Cunningham. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Ford of Greenfield, Tina Fore (Denver) of Chillicothe, Holly Franko of New Albany, Terence Cunningham (Amy Spindler) of Chillicothe and Tamera Price (Darren) of Chillicothe; her daughter-in-law Lori Cunningham of Chillicothe; and her fiancé Duane "Dobie" Ruschmann of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
