She was predeceased by: her parents, Okie Carter and Ruth Pauley Carter; and her spouse Arlie Leroy Tackett. She is survived by: her sons, Rusty Tackett (Leeann) of Chillicothe and Matthew J. Tackett of Chillicothe; and her granddaughter Brandy (Harley).
