She is survived by: her spouse Cecil Wayne Neff; her children, Tiffany Wade (Greg), B. Scott Neff (Peggy), Aaron Neff (Edna), Kimberly Kershaw and Gwen Weaver (John); her daughter-in-law Rhonda Shoemaker; her grandchildren, Nicholas Neff (Heather), Ashley McDaniel (Brad), Nathan Neff (Erin), Joshua Neff (Beth), Max Weaver, Mallory Weaver, Paige Hoffman (Austin), Jessica Wade, Thomas Wade (Shanika), Andrew Wade, Lindsay van den Heever (Danie), Andrea Kershaw and Michael Kershaw (Danielle); her brother Steven Monroe (Leisa); her sister-in-law Lavonne Monroe; and her close friends, Sue Kelley, Donna Bellaw, Alice Oates and Gloria DeBord. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and beloved friends.
In Joyce's honor, memorial contributions can be made to the Ross County Humane Society or to the Adena Hospice group.
