She is survived by: her mother Myrtle Lewis (Thacker); her daughters, Myrtle Barker and Vivian Garrett; her niece Tasha Wickline; her grandchildren, Michael Adkins (Cassie), Tabitha Adkins, Justin Barker, Jonda McCoy (Chris), Nathan Adkins, John "Bubby" McCoy, Amber DeLong (Nick), Austin Adkins, Mariah Arms and Ashtyn Hall; and her siblings, Agnes Runyon (Dave), Danny Lewis (Penny), Phyllis Coleman (Paul Ed), Eddie Lewis, Dean Lewis (Linda), Tim Lewis (Cathy), Arlene Lewis and Darlene Hunt. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, family members and friends.
