He was predeceased by: his brother Justin Tyler Pollock; his grandfather Jim Frazier; his uncle Paul "Pete" Reynolds; his cousin Shawn Reynolds; and his grandfather Larry Pollock.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Pollock and Sherry L. Pollock (Cade); his daughter Nehemiah J. Ramsey; his grandparents, Mary Hayes (Doug), Donna Pollock, Jim Cade (Elma) and Janet Frazier; and his siblings, Nathan Frazier, Jimmie Lee Frazier, III (Maddie) and Jessica Hardiesty (Matthew). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests, donations be made to WARE FUNERAL HOME 121 W. Second St., Chillicothe, Ohio 45601, to help the family with burial expenses.
