Walters II of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Joseph and Violet Jean Walters I. Joseph; and his sister Jean. He is survived by: his children, June Wright (Daniel), Lesley Walters, Joseph H. Walters III, Robert Walters, Sam Walters and Christopher; and his sister Jennifer Walters. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
