He is survived by: his parent Cynthia Withrow; his spouse Shannon Knox; his children, Ryan Knox of Chillicothe, Aaron Knox of Chillicothe, Shawn Withrow (Ameerah) of Chillicothe and John Withrow, Jr. of Bainbridge; his brothers, Joshua Depew (Sasha) of Circleville and Joseph Depew of Circleville; and his daughters, Lana Blair of Chillicothe and Katelyn Miller of Chillicothe. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
