He is survived by: his wife Karen Swank (Huey); his children, Tera Culbertson (Tony), Eric Swank (Diane), John Swank (Wanita) and Ted Gorman (Kathy); his grandchildren, Amber Paxton, Christopher Culbertson (Mandy), Samantha Gorman and Shawn Swank (Nevauda); his great grandchildren, Grayson, Aria and Walker; and his brother Chuck Swank (Sally).
