He was predeceased by: his parents, Given "Gib" Woodrow and Dolores Lucille Slagle (Jones); his brother Michael Slagle; and his brother-in-law Loren Mead. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Carmean; his children, Carrie Wilhelm (Jammie) of Chillicothe, Jessica Powers of Chillicothe and Jason Slagle (Cindy); his grandchildren, Cameron John, Kiah, Hope, Amanda, Amber, Jansen, Emma and Alex; his great grandchild Aurora; his sister Diane Mead; and his close friends, Roger Palmer, Terry Weaver and John Radcliffe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions to a charity of choice.
