He is survived by: his wife Lynne Gunning; his sisters, Lani (Paul) and Francis of Chillicothe, OH; his children, Carey Kaufman (Curt) of Charlotte, NC and John N. Gunning IV of Henderson, NV; and his granddaughters, Kirsten Kaufman, Kylie Gunning and Audrey Gunning.
