He is survived by: his wife Susan (Turner); his children, Robert Mayfield (Angela) and Pam Rice (Jon); his grandchildren, Jessie, Cassie, Rachel and Caitlin; his great grandchild Sienna; his brother Bill (Agnes); and his sisters-in-law, Greta and Sally.
