He was predeceased by: his parents, John C., Sr. and Ruth Cutright (Botkin); his wife Carol Sue Magill; his daughter Kimberly Rogers; and his siblings, James Cutright, Mildred Houck, Beatrice Dingman, Cora "Betty" Schrake Joanne Mathers (Ruth), Frances Drummond and Robert Cutright.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Cutright (Louwanna) of Chillicothe, John "Jay" Cutright III of Chillicothe and Susan Osman of Chillicothe; his son-in-law Donald Rogers of Marysville; his grandchildren, Heidi Sanders (Jason), Keith Alan Cutright, Jr. (Nikki), Megan Davis (Johnny) and John C. Cutright IV (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Adams, Casen Cutright, Cameron Cutright, Ella Cutright, Caden Cutright, Brody Cutright, John C. Cutright V and Addisyn Cutright; his sisters, Carole Haines-Cox of Chillicothe and Mary "Tiny" Workman of Georgia; and also, Vicki Bernhardt (Robert), Brenda Hymas (Chad), Becky Matson (Bob) and Robin Barnes.
