He is survived by: his daughters, Ceara Comer of Chillicothe, Brittany Claytor of Chillicothe and Amber Aills of Chillicothe; his brothers, Colby Skaggs (Sheila) of Chillicothe, Vernon Skaggs (Becky) of Chillicothe and Darrell Comer of Circleville; and his aunt Kathy Holderman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
