Blesedell, Sr. and Naomi Blesedell (Wheatley); his parents-in-law, Robert Charles and June Ross (Ramey); his grandson Jeremiah David Blesedell; his siblings, Lola Dillon (Blesedell), Tom, Frank, Danny and Eddie; his niece Angela Caminiti; and his nephew Frank Blesedell, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Blesedell (Ross); his sons, John P. Blesedell III (Jacqueline) and Jason Ross Blesedell; his grandchildren, Audrey Schiesser, Sophia Blesedell and John P. Blesedell IV; and his siblings, Sue Williamson of Reynoldsburg, OH, Elaine King and Ted Blesedell (Mollie) of Galloway, OH.
