He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Dwight and Mary Frances Goldsberry Blair. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Liz" Blair of San Miguel, Linda Glass (Todd A.) of Lebanon, OH and John Jr. Blair (Connie) of New Albany, OH; his grandchildren, Joseph Lautzenhiser, Margaret Lautzenhiser, Christopher Chan, Nicholas Blair and Nathan Blair; and his siblings, William "Bill" Blair (Betty) of Las Vegas, NV, Myra Jane Drew of Cincinnati, OH and Alice Slaman of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
