He is survived by: his children, John Baxter, Jr. (Tamra) of Chillicothe, Marsha Strickland of Wellston and Brian (Gina); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hudsoin, Jonathan Baxter and Steven Baxter; his great grandchildren, Layne, Leah, Declan and Jensen; and his brothers, William (Rita) of Ray and Daniel Baxter (Diane) of Ray.
