Jim left this world on February 2, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his siblings, JoAnn Smith and Arthur West; his daughter Carrie Keech; and his friend Fred Park. He is survived by: his sister Deloris Fontana; his close friend Sue Holdren; his grandchildren, Meghan Wheeler, Malea Smittle (Tyler), Sam Colopy (Glenda), Susan Colopy, Sarah Colopy (Nick Seifert), Bobby Cowman (Morgan), Taylor Cowman, Ethan Summar, Elissa Summar, Tory Cope and Caden Summar; and also, Teri Johnson, Joy Colopy (Mike), Brooke Detty (Glenn) and Mindy Summar (Cory). He is also survived by his former wife, the mother of his children.
