She is survived by: her husband Lanny W. Smith; her son Lane C. Smith of Chillicothe; her siblings, Wilda R. Arnold (James) of Westerville, Paula J. Teacher of Columbus, Diane K. Smith of Chillicothe and Jeffery Lynch (Janette) of St. Petersburg, Florida; and her brothers-in-law, Gregory Smith (Kay Muthana) and Bruce Smith. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
