We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2023, at the age of 92, Jessie M. Kellough of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Martha, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Concrad Ward and Anna Skaggs Ward; her spouse Carey W. "Sparky" Kellough; her siblings, Donald, Homer, Harold Ward and Georgia Weiderman; and her sister-in-law Jackie Ward.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Kellough (Karen); her grandchildren, Aubree (Raiko) of Key West, FL, Jordan Baxter (Cody) of Chillicothe and Jacob Kellough of Chillicothe; her great grandchildren, Isla and Ivy Alfonso; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ward and Vickie McDonald (Charles). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
