He was predeceased by: his father Keith A Scaggs; his grandfathers, William Hess (Roberta) and Donald Scaggs (Rosemary); and his nephew Tristan Hiles. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Hess-Oyer (Steve Oyer); his children, Taylor, William and Torri; his grandchildren, Xzavier and Olivia; his siblings, Justin Scaggs (Alishia M.), Debbie Scaggs (Chris M.), Tara, Sam Robuck, Keith Scaggs (Brittney), Nathan Scaggs, Bryan Scaggs (Corrine), Donnie Scaggs (Brenda), Brad Scaggs (Angel), Jason Scaggs, Jamie Hiles, Jason Oyer (Heather) and Tanya Taylor (Roger); his aunts, Judy Cowan (Mark) and Peggy Hess; his uncle Walt Hess; and his nephew Chris Scaggs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
