He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald T. "Tuffy" Hayburn and Margaret A. Hayburn (Michaels); and his nephew Travis Hayburn. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Marie Vincent; his children, Ashley Hayburn (Zack Shifflet), Stephanie Lemaster (Shawn) and Jeremie Vickers; his grandchildren, Halie Lemaster (Dustin Watkins) and Hannah Lemaster (Zack Smith); his great grandchild Juniper Eve Watkins; and his siblings, Theresa DePugh (Dan), Rebecca Hewitt (Tom), Anne Hawk (Don), Donald Hayburn II and Nick Hayburn (Angie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
