He is survived by: his sons, Josh Smith (Amanda) of Chillicothe and Zach Smith of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Cannan Smith, Cael Smith and Cambree Smith; his siblings, Chester Smith of Chillicothe, Ernest Smith of Jackson, Nancy Decker of Chillicothe, Bonnie Smith of Chillicothe and Chestine Walk of Chillicothe; his nephew Rusty Archer of Chillicothe; and his pets, Daisey Mae and Leo.
