She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Rodgers and Helen Cox Rodgers; her husband Harold George Harper; and her sister Marilyn Rodgers. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Stephens of Columbus and Jeff Harper (Kathy) of Cleveland; her granddaughters, Sara Stephens, Angela Harper and Natalie Harper; her siblings, Linda Altoff (Gary) of Virginia and Frank Rodgers (Darlene) of Virginia; her niece Carrie Decker; and her nephew David Decker.
