We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021, at the age of 73, Jayne Cook of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jayne Cook to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Mader and Helen Mader (Lutz); her husband Arnold Cook; and her siblings, Joe Mader and Jennifer "Pixie" Eldridge.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Geno (Debbie) of Chillicothe, Amy Lacey (Tim) of South Portsmouth, Corey Frazier of Wooster, Bambi DeMeo (Mike) of Florida and Candi Cook of Worthington; her grandchildren, Michal Conrad (Taylor), J. Morgan York (David), Jake Geno, Brandon Lacey (Laura), Jennifer Geno, Alexandria Lambert (Rodney), Ashton Lacey, Haley McKenzie and James Curtis Frazier; and her adoptive daughters, Amy Jane Simmons and Natasha Geno. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren; four step grandsons.
