We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2020, at the age of 87, Janet Rutherford of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Delvin Daniel and Amy Faye Park (Holmes); her husband Ronald "Bud" Rutherford; her son Roger "Shag" Rutherford; and her siblings, Foster, Ralph, Robert, WIllard Park, Carol and Grace.

She is survived by: her children, Marsha Routt (Ed), Laura Wilson (Vaughn) and Ronald Rutherford (Sherri); her grandchildren, Nicole Fogler, Amanda Donovan (Sean), Tiffany Snyder (Josh), Brandon Wilson (Kandace), A. J. Wilson, Cody Rutherford Chase (Danyelle) and Clay Rutherford (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Davy Fogler (Eddie), Darby Fogler, Keegan Snyder, Cameron, Cooper Wilson, Bayla Tucker, Connor, Caryline, Adaline Rutherford and Evelyn Rutherford; and her sister Norma Ruth Hart.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to a charity of choice.
