He was predeceased by: his father James R. "Ronnie" Hartley; and his granddaughter Kaylee Trent. He is survived by: his mother Mary K. Chaney Hartley of Chillicothe; his spouse Sandy Collier; his daughters, Lori Trent (Larry) of Chillicothe and Julie Wyckoff of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Christen Smallwood (Brandon) of Chillicothe, Kyle Petty of Columbus and Brandon Petty of Columbus; his great grandchildren, Phoenyx Smallwood and Charlee Smallwood; his niece Abby Ward (Justin) of Chillicothe; and his great-niece Jenica Ward.
