He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee and Pamela Sue Walters Simmons; his grandparents, Lee Simmons, Dorothy Anderson (Bob) and Phillip Walters (Eunice); his uncle Bill; his aunt Carol Thompson; and his cousins, Scott Caplinger and Kathy Caplinger Lemaster.
He is survived by: his brother Gary Lee Simmons of Frankfort; his cousins, Sheri Cochenour (Spencer) of Frankfort, Terri Dowler (David) of Frankfort, Adam Dowler of Chillicothe and Tommy Dowler of Frankfort; and his aunt Phyllis Caplinger of Chillicothe.
